Shipping

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note that personalised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
